Service Description
🧘🏻♂️ A perfect mid-week antidote to the craziness of life! The themes we practise are breath, body, phrases, compassion, gratitude and acceptance. My approach is open and free, where my guidance is merely a suggestion and your experience is what counts. What You Will Receive * Sacred meditation circle to connect and reflect * Mindfulness exercises to centre and ground you * Guided meditations with gentle music * Journaling time * We will pull an oracle card together for a sprinkle of universal guidance * Check-in, sharing and a chat. What You Will Need * An internet connection * A device installed with Zoom * A quietish spot in your house where you can comfortably sit, stand, lay down and walk (about 5-10 paces) * A notebook/journal and pen * An open mind 🙂 INTENTION Meditation and mindfulness are personal practices, where the participant explores with kindness and curiosity their inner and outer experience. The intention of this class is to support and empower participants to open and explore their own path. HEALTH & WELLNESS If you’ve experienced trauma or have mental health concerns, you should only participate in meditation under the advice of your doctor, psychologist or mental health professional.
